Job Description

 

  • Create patient treatment plan and share the information requested by the sales team on daily bases.
  • Implementing follow-up procedures to ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
  • Handling Sales Team requests professionally and promptly.
  • Monitoring and managing requestes for sales team treatment plan update and act accodingly.
  • report an mistake or issue that might improve the quantity and quality of task delivered.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a senior administrative assistant, virtual assistant or executive administrative assistant.
  • In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations.
  • Hands on experience with MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills English or French or Russian Languages.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bacholer degree : additional qualifications will be a plus.
  • Proficiency in English Language: additional Languages will be a plus
